    About Soygal Rinpoche

    Soygal Rinpoche was born in Tibet and went to a monastery when he was only four years old. In 1959, he fled from his country with the Dalai Lama and completed his education in India and England. Ever since, he has been teaching around the world, and is a spiritual teacher at Rigpa, an organization that is devoted to spreading the teachings of the Buddha and offers advice on spiritual care for the dying.
