Introduction

It is a multi - purpose test device for testing NIBP Monitor adopted Oscillometry. Concise and elegant in appearance, easy and convenient to operate, and it can generate the pressure up to 400mmHg (53.3 kPa) by the built-in air pump. With the functions of dynamic BP simulation under several conditions, static pressure calibration, automatic leak test and over-pressure relief test, which can quickly and accurately analyze each performance of NIBP Monitor.

BP simulation range:
Systolic pressure: 2.7 kPa (20 mmHg) ~ 40.0 kPa (300 mmHg)
Diastolic pressure: 1.3kPa (10 mmHg) ~ 33.3 kPa (250mmHg)
Pulse volume: 0.1 cc ~ 2.4 cc
HR range: 30 bpm ~ 250 bpm; pulse volume > 2.00 cc, maximum HR: 200 bpm
HR accuracy: ± 1 bpm (except patient condition, arrhythmia and respiratory disturbance)
Under patient condition:
Weak pulse, tachycardia, obese, geriatric: ±(preset value 1%+1)bpm
Moderate exercise: ±(preset value 1.5%+1)bpm
Strenuous exercise: ±(preset value 3%+1)bpm
Pressure measurement:
Range: 0kPa (0 mmHg) ~ 53.3 kPa (400 mmHg)

Pressure leak test
Generate a pressure up to 400 mmHg by the built-in air pump. It always displays the peak pressure and the real-time pressure. Leak rate is displayed after 10 seconds.
Over-pressure relief test
Generate a pressure up to 400 mmHg by the built-in air pump, it displays peak pressure.

Output range: 6.7 kPa (50 mmHg) ~ 53.3 kPa(400 mmHg)
Resolution: 0.1 kPa, 1 mmHg, 1 cmH2O, 1 inH2O, 0.1 psi
Deviation between target pressure and actual pressure: ± 1.3 kPa (± 10 mmHg) in range of 13.3 kPa (100 mmHg) ~ 53.3 kPa (400 mmHg) with a minimum volume of 300 cc
Airtightness
Total airtightness: < 0.3 kPa/min (2.25 mmHg/min) under “OFF” state
