All payment transactions are processed securely through our certified payment processors. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Payment is taken from your account at the time you complete your order, and your payment method will be charged the full order total including all applicable taxes.
Product prices are shown either inclusive or exclusive of tax depending on your location. At checkout, we calculate and display any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar consumption tax based on your billing or delivery address. This calculated tax is included in the order total and collected at the time of payment.
For international orders: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by your country's customs authority are not included in the displayed price or checkout total. These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, in response to weather or unforeseen circumstances, or due to customs delays. All orders include tracking.
All orders ship with a tracking number. You can track your parcel in real time on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email. You can also access your tracking information by logging into your Trade Bargains account and viewing your order details.
If your parcel has not been delivered within the timeframe specified and shows no tracking movement for 15 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), please contact us immediately at admin@trade.bargains. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange on any item. No questions asked and no special reason required — if you change your mind, you can return it within this window.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full return regardless of the 30-day window. Please contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, any legal proceedings or claims arising out of or relating to these terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
