  • Peak Seasons: May take up to 5 business days
  • Weekends/Holidays: Not counted as business days

4. Delivery Address

Important requirements for your delivery address:

  • Must be accurate and complete
  • Must include street address, city, state, postal code, country
  • Must include a valid phone number for courier contact
  • If incorrect, contact us immediately (before shipment)
  • We are not liable for delivery to wrong addresses

7. Customs and Duties

For international orders:

  • Recipient (you) is responsible for any customs duties

8. Risk of Loss

  • Risk transfers to you when package is handed to carrier
  • We are not responsible for carrier loss or damage

  • File claim with carrier for lost/damaged packages

9. Delivery Attempts

If carrier cannot deliver:

  • Carrier will attempt 2-3 deliveries
  • You will receive notice of attempted delivery
  • Package held at local facility (typically 15 days)
  • Contact carrier to reschedule or collect
  • Unclaimed packages returned to us (refund issued)

10. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Do not refuse delivery (accept package)
  2. Note “Damaged” on delivery receipt
  3. Take photos of damage immediately
  4. Email support@trade.bargains within 24 hours with:
    • Order number
    • Photos of external and internal damage
    • Delivery receipt showing damage note
  5. We will file claim with carrier or replace item

11. Lost Packages

If your package does not arrive:

  1. Wait until after estimated delivery date
  2. Check tracking for status (may show “Delivered”)
  3. Contact carrier to investigate
  4. If confirmed lost, contact us with:
    • Order number
    • Tracking number
    • Carrier confirmation of loss
  5. We will file claim or send replacement

12. Delivery Exceptions

We cannot guarantee delivery for:

  • Remote areas (islands, mountains, rural locations)
  • Military bases or government facilities
  • PO boxes (unless specified at checkout)
  • Incomplete or incorrect addresses
  • Countries with restrictions on certain goods

13. Signature and Proof of Delivery
