9. Delivery Attempts

10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not refuse delivery (accept package)
- Note “Damaged” on delivery receipt
- Take photos of damage immediately

- Photos of external and internal damage
- Delivery receipt showing damage note
- We will file claim with carrier or replace item
11. Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive:

- Contact carrier to investigate
- If confirmed lost, contact us with:

- Tracking number
- Carrier confirmation of loss
- We will file claim or send replacement
