30-Day Guarantee: We offer a 30-day returns and refunds guarantee on most products. Your satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return it for a refund.

How to Calculate Your 30 Days:

  • Clock starts: When you receive the package (delivery date)
  • Day 1: First day after receipt
  • Day 30: Last day to initiate return
  • We must receive your return within 60 days of purchase

2. Returnable Products

Most products can be returned, except:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Swimwear or bodysuits (if packaging opened)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Perishable items (food, consumables)
  • Items noticeably damaged due to user misuse
  • Items missing original packaging without justifiable reason
  • Gift cards and digital products

All other products are returnable in original condition.

3. Return Conditions

For a successful return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original, resellable condition
  • In original packaging (whenever possible)
  • Complete with all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Free of damage caused by you
  • Not altered, modified, or attempted to be repaired

What is “Original Condition”?

  • Never worn or used
  • All original tags and labels attached
  • Original packaging intact
  • No stains, odors, or marks
  • All components and accessories included

4. Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Return

Email support@trade.bargains with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of item and packaging (if product appears damaged)

Step 2: Return Authorization

We will email you within 24 hours with:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Return shipping address
  • Prepaid return shipping label (or instructions)

Step 3: Ship Product Back

  • Pack the item securely in original packaging when possible
  • Use the return shipping label provided (or follow instructions)
  • Keep your tracking number for proof of return
  • Ship within 14 days of receiving return authorization

Step 4: Refund Processing

  • We inspect your return upon receipt
  • If approved, we process your refund within 7 business days
  • Refund is credited to your original payment method
  • You should see the refund in your account within 5-10 business days (depends on your bank)

5. Return Shipping

  • Prepaid Return Label: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for most items
  • No Cost to You: Return shipping is free for valid returns
  • Your Responsibility: Package and drop off at carrier location
  • Tracking Required: Always use tracked shipping (proof of delivery required)

Exception: If return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged), return shipping is always free. If return is due to your change of mind, we may deduct return shipping (not refund it).

6. Refund Amount

Full Refund Includes:

  • Product purchase price
  • Original shipping cost (for valid returns)

Refund May Be Reduced:

  • For significant wear or damage caused by you
  • For missing components or accessories
  • For damaged packaging (if item not damaged)

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not refundable:

  • Return shipping costs (unless our error)
  • Shipping costs for items damaged in transit (file claim with carrier)
  • Digital downloads or software
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items not in returnable condition
  • Items on final clearance or sale (unless defective)

8. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Report within 30 days of receipt
  • Provide photos of the defect
  • Return shipping is free
  • We will replace or refund (your choice)
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days

9. Partial Returns

If you ordered multiple items and want to return only some:

  • Each item subject to 30-day return window
  • Items must meet return conditions separately
  • You may receive partial refund and keep other items
  • Combine all items in one return shipment if possible

10. Lost or Damaged Returns

If your return package is lost or damaged in transit:

  • Check tracking number to confirm delivery status
  • If lost in transit, we will issue a refund minus return shipping
  • If damaged in transit, file claim with carrier
  • Keep all shipping documentation

11. Refund Delays

Refunds may take longer if:

  • Item inspection reveals additional damage

13. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item:

  1. Initiate a return for a refund
  2. After refund is processed, place a new order
  3. Or contact us to arrange expedited replacement
