If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. This applies to all eligible items purchased on trade.bargains.

Google Merchant Center Verified Return Policy

Our return policy is verified by Google Merchant Center across 101+ countries. The minimum guaranteed return window is 30 days from delivery, with free returns on defective or incorrectly supplied items.

Return Eligibility

To be accepted for a return or refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • Unused and in original, resalable condition
  • In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
  • Accompanied by your order number or order confirmation email (proof of purchase)

Defective or Incorrect Items

Items that arrived damaged, defective, or not as described are always eligible for return regardless of condition. See Section 5 for the faulty item process.

How to Initiate a Return

Returns are handled directly by our team. Do not send items back without first requesting a return — returns sent without authorisation cannot be processed.

    Email admin@trade.bargains with your order number and the reason for return. If the item is defective, include clear photos.

    We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and return shipping address.
  3. 3
    Pack the item securely and ship it back using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
  4. 4
    Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days and send you a confirmation email.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer covers return shipping. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items, we cover all return shipping costs and will provide a prepaid label.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Stripe card or PayPal). Once we receive and verify the returned item meets our return conditions:

  • Refund is processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
  • You will receive a refund confirmation email when processed
  • Funds typically appear in your account within 3–5 additional business days (depending on your bank or PayPal)

For change-of-mind returns, the original order total is refunded in full. Return shipping costs paid by the buyer are not reimbursed on change-of-mind returns.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or not the item you ordered, you are entitled to a full remedy at no cost to you:

  • Contact us at admin@trade.bargains with your order number and photos within 30 days of delivery
  • We will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • You choose: a full refund or a free replacement
  • Defective item returns are not subject to the "original packaging" requirement

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene, legal, or practicality reasons:

  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Opened consumables, food products, or items with broken hygiene seals
  • Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery
  • Digital downloads once accessed
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged through misuse, wear and tear, or neglect (not due to our error)

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and shows no tracking activity for 30 business days after dispatch, please contact us immediately.

We will open a carrier investigation. If the parcel is confirmed lost, you will receive either a full replacement or a full refund — your choice — at no cost. We are fully responsible for shipments lost in transit.
