These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between you and Trade Bargains and govern your use of our website and all purchases made through it. By accessing our website and placing an order, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Trade Bargains website (trade.bargains) and placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
These terms apply to all visitors and customers, whether you are browsing our products or making a purchase. We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Operator & Legal Entity
Trade Bargains is an international online retailer registered in Hyderabad, India. We are a direct retailer — not a marketplace. All products are sold and fulfilled directly by us, and we retain all responsibility for the products, services, and customer relationships.
Eligibility to Use Our Services
By placing an order with Trade Bargains, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your country of residence, whichever is greater. If you are under 18, you must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using our services.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and are not prohibited by law from doing so in your jurisdiction.
- You are not a resident of or attempting to access our services from a jurisdiction where Trade Bargains products or services are prohibited by law.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence.
- You will not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if we have reason to believe you do not meet the above eligibility criteria.
Contract Formation and Order Process
3.1 How a Contract is Formed
The process of ordering from Trade Bargains works as follows:
- You browse our website and add products to your shopping cart
- You proceed to checkout and enter your billing and delivery information
- You select your payment method and agree to these Terms and Conditions
- You review your order summary and click "Place Order" or equivalent button
- A binding contract is formed only when we send you an Order Confirmation email
Your order confirmation email will contain your order number, the products ordered, the total price including all applicable taxes and fees, and estimated delivery timeframe. Please save this email for your records.
3.2 Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders
We reserve the absolute right to decline, refuse, or cancel any order at any time before we dispatch the goods, for any reason including but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised use of a payment method
- Pricing errors or system errors in the order
- Product out of stock or unavailable
- Delivery address is in a region we do not serve
- Violation of our terms or any applicable law
If we cancel your order, you will be notified by email immediately, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. No further liability will apply.
Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
4.1 Pricing and Currency
All prices displayed on our website are shown in your selected currency (USD, EUR, GBP, INR, or other as available). Prices include all applicable product costs. Additional charges such as shipping taxes or duties may be applied at checkout and will be clearly displayed before you complete payment.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes apply only to new orders placed after the change is posted. Prices confirmed in your order confirmation email are locked and will not change.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment through the following methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards (processed via Stripe)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available in your region)
All payment transactions are processed securely through our certified payment processors. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Payment is taken from your account at the time you complete your order, and your payment method will be charged the full order total including all applicable taxes.
4.3 Taxes and Duties
Product prices are shown either inclusive or exclusive of tax depending on your location. At checkout, we calculate and display any applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar consumption tax based on your billing or delivery address. This calculated tax is included in the order total and collected at the time of payment.
For international orders: Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by your country's customs authority are not included in the displayed price or checkout total. These are the buyer's sole responsibility and will be collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to understand what duties may apply to your shipment.
Google Merchant Center Transparency (Sept 2025)
In compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements effective September 2025, we confirm that: (1) all fees are fully disclosed at checkout before payment, (2) no additional fees are added after payment is processed, and (3) import duties for international orders are disclosed as the buyer's responsibility in this section.
Shipping and Delivery
5.1 Free Shipping — Every Order
Shipping is always free on every order to every destination worldwide. There is no minimum order value, no threshold, and no exceptions. This free shipping applies to all orders placed through our website, regardless of the size, weight, or value of the items ordered.
5.2 Order Processing Times
After your order confirmation email is sent, we process and prepare your order for shipment as follows:
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on business days are dispatched the next business day
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next business day
You will receive a dispatch notification email containing your tracking number, carrier information, and estimated delivery date once your order ships.
5.3 Delivery Timeframes

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods, in response to weather or unforeseen circumstances, or due to customs delays. All orders include tracking.
5.4 Tracking Your Order
All orders ship with a tracking number. You can track your parcel in real time on the carrier's website using the tracking number provided in your dispatch email. You can also access your tracking information by logging into your Trade Bargains account and viewing your order details.
5.5 Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel has not been delivered within the timeframe specified and shows no tracking movement for 30 business days, please contact us immediately at admin@trade.bargains. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the parcel is confirmed as lost, we will either send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer a generous return policy as described below. For full details, please see our dedicated Returns & Refund Policy.
6.1 Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange on any item. No questions asked and no special reason required — if you change your mind, you can return it within this window.
6.2 Condition for Returns
For a return to be accepted, items must be:
- Unused and in original, resalable condition
- In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories attached
- Accompanied by your order confirmation (proof of purchase)
6.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Perishable goods, food items, or items with broken hygiene seals
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Digital downloads once accessed or downloaded
- Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Items damaged due to misuse or lack of care (not due to our error)
6.4 Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full return regardless of the 30-day window. Please contact us within 30 days with photos of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label, and shipping will be covered by us at no cost to you. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
6.5 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets our return conditions, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. You will receive a refund confirmation email. Please note: the original shipping cost is not refunded on change-of-mind returns.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Trade Bargains website — including text, images, graphics, logos, product photography, design elements, HTML code, and all original works — is the intellectual property of Trade Bargains or is licensed to Trade Bargains by third parties. All intellectual property rights are reserved worldwide.
You may view, print, and download content from our website for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not, without our prior written permission:
- Republish, reproduce, or duplicate any content from the website
- Sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or sub-license any content or materials
- Use content for any commercial or competitive purpose
- Modify, translate, or create derivative works based on our content
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content using automated tools
The Trade Bargains name, logo, and all associated trademarks are proprietary to Trade Bargains and may not be used without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
- Trade Bargains and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, purchase of products, or the products themselves — including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
- These limitations do not apply to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Your Rights Are Protected
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts your statutory consumer rights, mandatory rights under applicable law, or your rights arising from breach of contract or negligence. We cannot exclude our liability for death or serious injury caused by our negligence.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
9.1 Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. However, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence will also apply to you.
9.2 Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between you and Trade Bargains, we encourage you first to contact us directly and attempt to resolve the matter amicably. Please email admin@trade.bargains with a clear description of the issue and what resolution you seek.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within 30 days, any legal proceedings or claims arising out of or relating to these terms shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
GDPR & CCPA Compliance
Where you are located in the European Union or EEA, your rights under GDPR apply to your use of this website and these Terms. Where you are a California resident, your rights under the CCPA (as amended by CPRA) apply — including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sharing of personal information. Full details of both are set out in our Privacy Policy, Sections 15 and 16 respectively.

10.2 Changes to These Terms
Trade Bargains reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions periodically so you remain informed of any changes. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using our services and discontinue placing orders.
Complete Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, constitute the entire legal agreement between you and Trade Bargains regarding your use of our website and purchase of products. This agreement supersedes all prior understandings, negotiations, and agreements between the parties.
Wishlist Service Terms
The Save to Wishlist feature is provided free of charge as a convenience service. The following terms apply to your use of wishlist and price alert functionality:
- Wishlist items are stored for up to 365 days. Items not interacted with for 12 months may be automatically removed.
- Product prices are checked daily for reductions. Price alert notifications are sent within 24 hours of a confirmed price drop.
- A maximum of one price alert email per item per week will be sent to avoid inbox overload.
- We make no guarantee that a price reduction will occur, or that a notified price will remain available at the time you visit the product page.
- Prices displayed in price alert emails are accurate at the time of sending. By the time you visit, stock may be depleted or the price may have changed again.
- You may delete your wishlist or individual items at any time via My Account. This also cancels any pending price alerts for the removed items.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Wishlist service with reasonable prior notice.
Abandoned Cart Recovery Terms
If you add items to your cart but do not complete checkout, and you have opted in to cart recovery communications, the following terms apply:
- Cart items are held in a reserved state for 24 hours following abandonment; stock availability is not guaranteed after this period.
- Recovery emails are triggered if a cart is abandoned for more than 1 hour (for opted-in users only).
- A maximum of 3 recovery emails will be sent per abandoned cart event, at no more than one per day.
- Any discount or offer included in a recovery email is valid for 7 days from the send date of that email. After expiry the offer is void.
- There is no purchase obligation arising from receiving a recovery email. You may ignore, unsubscribe, or delete them freely.
- You may opt out of abandoned cart recovery emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any recovery email or through My Account → Email Preferences.
- Cart data collected for recovery purposes is deleted from our systems within 7 days of the abandonment event if the cart is not recovered.
Android App — App-Specific Terms
Installation & Permissions
By installing and using the Trade Bargains Android app, you agree to these Terms in addition to any applicable Google Play Store terms. The app requires certain device permissions to function. Permissions marked optional in our Privacy Policy do not affect core app functionality. Refusing permissions limits specific features only.
Purchases & Pricing
All purchases made through the app are subject to the same Terms and Conditions as web purchases — including pricing, payment, returns, and refund policies set out in these Terms. Prices displayed in the app may occasionally differ from the website due to regional currency conversion timing; the price at the point of checkout confirmation is the binding price.
Push Notifications
Push notifications are optional. You may enable or disable them at any time in your device notification settings or within the app under Settings → Notifications. We will not share your push notification token with third-party advertising networks.
App Updates
We may release updates to the app that are required for continued access to all features, including security patches. We will provide reasonable notice of significant updates via in-app notification. Declining to install a required update may disable certain features or, in the case of critical security updates, access to the app altogether.
Offline Functionality
Some app features are available offline using locally cached data. Prices, stock levels, and product information displayed while offline may not reflect real-time availability. When your connection is restored, the app syncs automatically. We guarantee data consistency for completed orders but not for browsing data displayed during offline sessions.
Account Deletion & App Data
Uninstalling the app removes locally cached data from your device but does not delete your Trade Bargains account or order history from our servers. To delete your account and all associated personal data, use Settings → Privacy → Delete Account in the app, the equivalent option in My Account on the website, or contact us at admin@trade.bargains. Account deletion is processed within 30 days, subject to legal data retention requirements (e.g. order records retained for 7 years for tax compliance).
Google Play Store
Your use of the Trade Bargains app is also subject to the Google Play Store Terms of Service and Google Play Developer Policy. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Google Play policies, Google Play policies take precedence for app-specific matters.
